I visited Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club — a stunning landmark that opened on February 1, 2024 in Tokyo’s waterfront district. This 24-hour hot spring resort offers a luxurious combination of natural hot springs, relaxation, and dining, all just steps from Toyosu Market.
What is Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club?

Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club is the flagship facility of Manyo Club Co., Ltd., which operates hot spring resorts across Japan. The 10-story building features a refined Japanese-modern aesthetic — sleek design with a warm traditional soul. Located near the famous Toyosu Fish Market, it’s easy to combine a visit here with a morning market tour.
3 Key Features
1. 🌿 Genuine Natural Hot Springs

The hot spring water is transported daily from Hakone and Yugawara by dedicated tanker truck — making this one of the very few facilities in central Tokyo offering genuine natural hot spring water. The water is classified as “Meito Bihada no Yu” (beauty-skin spring), known for its skin-softening properties. After soaking, your skin will feel noticeably smooth and moisturized.
2. 🌅 Rooftop Panoramic Foot Bath Garden

The top floor features a stunning 360-degree panoramic foot bath garden overlooking Tokyo Bay. This was personally my favorite spot — the views are spectacular day and night. In cooler months, padded jackets are provided so you can stay comfortable outside.
3. ⏰ Open 24 Hours
The facility operates 24 hours a day. The main session runs 10:00 AM–3:00 AM, with overnight options available. Note the large bath closes 3:00–6:00 AM for cleaning. Perfect for late arrivals from the airport or early morning departures.
Floor Layout

- B1–2F: Shokuraku-to (食楽棟) — Edo-period style dining & entertainment
- 3–4F: Hot spring bathing floors (men’s/women’s separated)
- 5F: Relaxation & rest lounges
- 6F: Lockers & changing rooms
- 7–9F: Guest rooms (overnight accommodation)
- 10F Rooftop: Panoramic foot bath garden (Tenbou Ashiyu Teien)
Tip: Choose Yukata if Planning to Go Outside
At check-in, choose yukata (浴衣) over samue if you plan to visit the Shokuraku-to Edo-town food district — the yukata fits the atmosphere perfectly and is part of the experience.
Getting Settled: Lockers on 6F

After receiving your yukata and towel set at the entrance, head to the 6th floor locker room to change. The lockers are spacious and secure. Once changed into your yukata, you’re free to roam all public areas — part of the relaxed resort atmosphere that makes Manyo Club unique.
The Hot Springs

The main bathing area features multiple indoor and outdoor hot spring baths filled with natural Bihada no Yu water. The water has a silky texture from its alkaline composition — ideal for softening skin. There are seated baths, jet baths, and outdoor baths to enjoy. Many visitors spend 2–3 hours in the bathing area alone.
🔥 Sauna & Rock Sauna (Iwaburo)

For sauna lovers, there’s both a dry sauna and an iwaburo (岩盤浴) — a heated rock sauna where you lie on warm mineral stones. The iwaburo is co-ed (in yukata), making it great for solo travelers. The contrast of warm rocks and cool outdoor air is deeply relaxing.
🍜 In-Facility Dining

The in-house restaurant serves Japanese dishes including ramen, soba, teishoku set meals, and seasonal specials. Dining in your yukata while overlooking the city is a uniquely Japanese experience — casual luxury at its best.
🏮 Shokuraku-to: Edo-Period Food District

One of the most unique features is the Shokuraku-to (食楽棟) — a recreation of an Edo-period town with multiple restaurants and food stalls. Step outside through the wooden gate on 2F (in your yukata) and find yourself transported to old Tokyo. Options include sushi, izakaya dishes, desserts, and more.
Getting There: Access

- 🚉 Shijomae Station (Yurikamome Line): 5-minute walk via pedestrian deck
- 🚇 Toyosu Station (Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line): ~10 minutes on foot
- ✈️ From Haneda Airport: Direct bus — approximately 35 minutes
The Haneda Airport bus connection makes this an excellent first-night or last-night destination for international visitors — relax in a genuine Japanese onsen before your flight home!
